History
In 1968 the design of the Charger was totally redesigned. This was the beginning of the
second generation of Chargers. Big, brutal muscle cars, with engine varying from the small
slant six (225 cubic inches) to the big powerfull Hemi (426 cubic inches). The 1968 Dodge
Charger had a grille of one piece not interupted, and hideaway headlights. The rear is
different from all the other years the Chargers were produced, it has 4 round taillights
with the back up lights put in them. So it doesn't have the back up lights in the bumper
like the other second generation Chargers.
